Heritage Village Resort & Spa Manesar-Gurgaon, Gurgaon

This resort is a hidden gem with so much more to offer than what you see on their website. The activities, views, and food were highlights of our stay. However, traveling from Delhi might take time and can be a bit pricey. Overall, it's an excellent getaway with lots to do and enjoy.

I had a fantastic experience at this beautiful resort, which is perfectly situated just an hour's drive from Delhi. The ambiance and design give it a unique royal charm. The staff were exceptionally warm, especially Pooja and Prosenjit, who made us feel at home. While the food was delightful with a variety of cuisines, breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, it's a great value for money getaway.

My stay was quite mixed. The location of the resort is picturesque, and I really enjoyed the lush greenery and activities like karaoke. However, the service left much to be desired with some inconsistencies and delays. Booking was also confusing due to inaccurate information. Overall, while I appreciated the environment and amenities, I encountered enough issues that might make me hesitate to return.

This hotel offers a lovely setting with lush greenery that creates a very calming ambiance. While the rooms are currently in the process of renovation, the overall experience was quite pleasant thanks to the excellent customer service, particularly from Ms. Pooja and Mr. Sachin. The dining options were fantastic, but it seems the location might not be ideal for those looking for external dining choices.
